We are just starting our journey, we go to closing on our current home on July 22nd, Ryan is in the process of pulling or building permits now, or at least that is what we have been told. Not sure when we will have a pre construction meeting with our PM hopefully it's soon, we have picked all of our colors inside and out, flooring etc and the exterior is very similar to yours, we went with elevation L which is a cottage elevation in our neighborhood. We are very excited to get started. Did you use a private home inspector for your pre drywall inspection? So many bloggers seem to say they have and it seems to be a good thing. I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to respond to this. Yes, we did get a private home inspector before the drywall went up. I'm glad we did for peace of mind, even though they didn't find anything. But then again, our PM knew we were going to have one so they may have tightened up their work because of that too, who knows. But I'm so glad we spent the money. Good luck with your house!
